About Me
I am an Information Technology (IT) Consultant with years of experience working on IT projects and supporting customer requests within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) sector. I earned a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and I am Microsoft/Cisco certified.
I have been deeply fascinated in technology since I was 9 years old. Information Technology is really about customer service and I have devoted myself to the art of providing an incredible customer service experience to all my clients regardless of the industry or use-case. I have supported a variety of clients from Non-Profit Organizations to working as a personal IT consultant for high-profile people.
In my personal time, I enjoy swimming, hiking, and biking. I also have volunteered my time supporting a Non- Profit Organization providing basic human rights and necessities to my community back in my homeland and continue to support them from wherever I am.
